Marsha Hansen coaches individuals to achieve their full potential by focusing on individual strengths and potential self-limiting blocks. A Certified teacher of the Enneagram in the Narrative Tradition, Marsha coaches her clients toward success by partnering with them to:

  • Identify their core values
  • Build self-awareness for enhanced interpersonal effectiveness
  • Understand the perceptions of others and make positive use of feedback
  • Integrate feedback to move beyond self-limiting beliefs and habitual patterns

Career Fulfillment

In addition to an extensive business background in coaching and development during her years at Genentech, Wells Fargo, and in the telecommunications industry, Marsha has 35 years of HR experience in human resources management, organization development, professional development coaching, and career coaching. She was an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of San Francisco Organization Development Masters program.

Marsha teaches the Enneagram in the Narrative Tradition and is certified to deliver Enneagram in Business training, where she is a Senior Member of The Enneagram in Business Network (EIBN). She is certified and experienced with a range of development tools including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), StrengthsFinder, The Birkman Method®, FIRO B, Strong Interest Inventory and 360-degree feedback instruments.
